Relaxing in Villa Bardini

Villa Bardini is a favorite Florentine viewpoint for me, especially in spring. The gardens come alive with colorful blooms, and the view of the city from there is simply breathtaking.

For lunch, I enjoyed one of my favorite springtime dishes: fresh artichoke salad with shavings of umami rich parmigiano reggiano on top :)
